True - however, she was also bedraggled, wet, and
generally unattractive at this point. I would point
out the episode where he chases after the chihuahua
(sp?) in the stole - when he finds out she's really a
dog in disguise, he gets out of his "disguise,"
revealing that he, too, is a dog - until he takes off
the second helmet and says, "I am stoopeed, no?"

Very true. However, the fact that he had the wife and
kids at one time, to me at least, gives some serious
potential for how he winds up all over the world,
having run off and left them behind.
But that's me - and I'm already insane, so....
