Wow.

Heheh, I guess this IS some measure of hope: either furry pron is getting
more popular, or we're seeing a rise in the number of wealthy furry
collectors =P
I'm just starting in on this whole auction thing, are sales up in this range
at all normal?

Anyway, it's good to see that Jim's turning a profit on this (I don't know,
really. Hey Mr. H, how bout sometime you give us a breakdown of how much you
make in this business? =), no one likes to see a good artist starve...

*I don't have that excuse, I'm not a good artist yet, so I can starve. =P

Christ almighty Jim cleaned up with his furbid auctions. 1169$ for
three originals, a collection of three comics, and a print? I guess the
days are passed when a poor guy like me could bid on an original and
hope to win :/. Good news for the artists, bad news for me. In some
ways this goes to show that furry art is becoming more legitimate --
people are willing to pay real money for it as opposed to treating it
like second-rate porn. A lot of it still _is_ second- (and sixth-) rate
porn, but it's amazing to see even the first-rate porn fetch 500$ for a
print.

In any case, congratulations Jim, you deserve every penny. Don't spend
it all in one place :).
