> Okay, it's probably the sleep talking, but that confused me
slightly. Lots of German slurring in Eva's speech, so obviously she
didn't come
Actually, Eva is speaking English with a thick German accent. If I
have her speaking German, it'll be English within brackets [].
Anyway, Shad obviously knows what I'm doing, don't you Shad? ;)
> from Scotland as her husband James McEquus did...
No, she's German.
fine, though because of the excessive use of German in this convo
(which I am foolishly jumping into for no apparent reason) I feel it
only appropriate to quote JFK's infamous Berlin blunder:
>
> "Ich bin ein berlinner (I am a jelly doughnut)." - John F. Kennedy

Eva looks at you: Ich'm speakink English, not der other vay
around, Herr Bailey.
James: Hey, quit pickin' on me lassie, lad. Ah tinks she
speaks tae Queen's English rather well, accent or not.
Eva: Oh, Jamie. *Giggle*
> I'd say worried, but what the hey, your progress with Eva hasn't
been spectacular anyway (why do I get the feeling that was the wrong
thing to say...)
Eva: Uhm, Herr Bailey, even iff Herr Shad had scored, it vasn't
goink to happen here, ja?
