Thick? Obviously thick enough to have some German words slipping into
her speech...no offense Eva. I like women of many nationalities
(though sadly I can't have them all)
That's the whole point to the character's charm. Although she
speaks English, there will be time that her words will sound like her
native German than English. Plus, there's some words in German that
sounds a lot more interesting than their English equivalent.
Example Schwester = Sister.
Nobody commented on the Kennedy quote. Ah well. Great prez, he was.
I'd heard about the misquoting when John F. spoke. No comment
on it.
Didn't mean any offense, just wanted to point it out to people who
somehow managed not to notice...and needed an excuse for the JFK
quote...sorry Eva.
Well, it may be because most folks knew that foreigners who
speaks English with thick accents, and was willing to overlook it.
Eva: Ich accept ihr apology, Herr Bailey.
Nope, but we'd probably get another pic added to the Files section ;)
Don't know about that.
Ah great I slept from 3 a.m. to 1 p.m. so I am well-rested and
thinking far more logically. I must've been out of my mind to
(unintentionally) slam Eva's acccent like that.
-Josh Bailey, awake this time.
