(continuing from previous post, with court decisions)

It's certainly possible to set up a relay, but it has been the
experience, as reported to me by furs in Canada, that shipments from a
U.S. furry vendor to a Canadian fur are unlikely to be stopped and
opened, especially if the shipments are small.

My own personal experience with Canadian Customs is that they are, just
like U.S. Customs Service, conducting inspections which are frequently
subject to whim and hunch. Plain packages from a U.S. business with an
ordinary name, to a single Canadian citizen are unlikely to draw their
attention.
