That's actually a pretty good assessment. Lori is much cruder than
her sisters, and is actually a bit tom-boyish. She does indeed watch
over her sibs, but she can just as quickly turn around and get them
in trouble. It's possible that the events of her earlier years may
have scarred her; everyone is affected by their surroundings and
their behaviors can reflect this.
Also, it wasn't her stepfather she attacked, but her mother's
boyfriend. He hasn't been seen for awhile, but he could be popping
back into their lives, uninvited, in the near future (okay, I'm
plugging a future issue of Caterwaul here).
And Lori is only about two minutes younger than Natasha! Middle-
kid syndrome, indeed. ;)

(Among other things *g*) But I was wondering with the history that
you've made for them, if there's something deeper involved with Lori.
We know that she attacked her stepfather when he tried to molest her
at age 12? And for that she scared him. I wonder if she's still a
bit scared herself? Also, the way Lori is, I see her being the girls
protector, she's the middle aged one of the group but I still see her
as the one that watches out for her sisters...But I also see Natasha
and Onyx looking upon Lori as their protector as well, that's why I
think they seem to follow what Lori suggest...any comments?
