Yeah, I figured. *rolls eyes* <-Sarcastic
I recall a while back someone had posted a heavy sarcastic remark
about Capt. Janeway of Star Trek: Voyager's masculinity saying "Next
thing you know she'll be wearing biker's duds, smoking Cuban cigars
and attaining the manners of a pig" to which someone replied "Hey,
whatever floats your boat. If cross dressing and transexualism is
your thing, by all means go for it."
The now-embarrassed poster then retorted "Um just for the record, I
was being sarcastic".
(Sub-note: I edited your Hobbes' remark for grammatical errors, just
because I always get that urge to correct them and it was strong this
time.)

P.S. I don't plan on being an English professor, but if it helps keep
the American public from going out in the world with a 6th-grade
reading level (sad but true statistic, isn't it?), I just might.
