Probibly less, human babies have a huge head in the animal kingdom unlike
other mamals and since human female's hips can't take anymore, the head
hasn't gotten any bigger at birth... otherwise it'd get stuck or squashed.
But these are fictional characters using theoretical anthropormorphic
bodies. For all we know they have extra vertibrea to twist like a prezle and
hinged hips to birth (or unbirth) even a watermellon with enough stretching
first.
Let the fantasizing begin... *^^*
