It is good if Jim to take time to answer any, let
alone as many questions as he does, so speculation and
"male bonding banter" could be largely expected to
make up much of the conversations. Can't expect him to
just play oracle to 800+ inquisitors! Maybe Jim would
to have a mailing list where he writes his spiel of
what is going on and you (we) can subscribe to that,
giving more of his side of the story and less of our
ill informed opinions. The FAQ is a great read, and
commendation should be passed to Jim for being so open
and giving us a chance to share his work/life/
fantastic delusion (?) etcetera.

Will admit that it does take a huge quantity of time
to wade the amount of traffic in the group, but I have
found that to be part of newsgrouping life... I've
been using the mail technique, but then I read
everything that comes down...
