Yeah, tech support sucks. But I wonder about our friendly lizard,
Desiree. After a hard day on the phone with irate credit card
customers, I wonder what she does? put a few more claw marks in the
computer? squeeze the phone so hard she cracks the cradle? Dealing
with people, one of the hardest jobs. Dealing with people who lack
tech skills even worse..."How do I turn my computer on?"
