What were you doing, casting-wise. Perhaps I can offer some help there.

I'd be willing to give one of your characters a shot (with their size
I'd have only to use half a small block of Sculpy). I'd need to knew
which one you'd rather see an a decent image of one to use as
reference. I made Max a Zig Zag sculpture and I've made tons of my
own characters.
My only problem is, I can never make molds of what I sculpt due to a
lack of knowledge. Tried once this summer, but never could get the
cast to come out complete.
