Latest virus worms; an important reminder

With this latest wash of mass-mailing worms you might want to keep your
anti-virus software up to date. Most of these virus worms can't get in
unless you invite them (like a vampire?) by opening screensavers (SCR),
executibles (EXE), or PIF files.

For those users WITHOUT anti-virus software, like me, you can still get
scanned for free. Stop by www.commandondemand.com and try the web-based
virus scanner. They'll scan you for free but it'll cost you to be
disinfected. Write down the virus you have and then go to the next step...

Now, if you have one of those nifty new W32.Nimda virus in the pc, go to
norton.com to find a specialized free cleaner for that specific virus. It's
a clumsy workaround but it's free. Heh. Norton also has a good listing of
the current "popular" virus making the rounds which may be lurking on a pc
near you... *^^*
