True, except the following are serious felonies in the US, if you
aren't
the mint:
Making/possessing a photographic or electronic master of a
bill of any denomination that it not at least 150% scale, or less than
50% scale.
Possessing 'dollar green' ink.
Making/possessing minting stamps for the minting of coins
duplicating coins.
It's sort of like out prostitution laws, it's legal, but you can't
do it
without breaking the law.
