The big 3-0 huh. Hehehe. Your body is giving you hints what is to come now.
Over the next 4 years, you will notice that your eyes will be losing their
ability to focus from a distance back to reading distance. You will
eventually need reading glasses. If your vision is normal, try 1.25 reading
glasses when it starts. If you have been thin all of your life, I have good
news and bad news. Hehehe. The good news is that you are going to find it
easier to gain weight and you will have control of it for about 4 to 5
years. The bad news is that after 5 years, your weight will get a lot
harder to lose and you will have more of it than you want to have. Hehehe.
You will be depressed about your youth slowly slipping away from you at 40.
At 50 you will decide that its too late to worry about it. Hehehe. I just
turned 50.
