Pritty much what I was going to say. The only real way to create a Hybrid with another species is the species first has to be closly related to you. Ether through Natural evolution (and with Humans its only Neaderthals and their belived to be all long dead) or through prior genetic manipulation.
Now some of you may have heard that some time ago that the Japanese Government ok'ed the use of adding Human DNA to ANimals For "research". When this happens a Hybrid will be made but not one that would look like an anthromorph. That would requrire much much more genetic alturation
But once one had created something that was more Geneticly Compatable to a human then as Justin said crating a Hybrid through sex would be more plosable.
