> "This is for you." nodded Lori indicating the box
wrapped in blue paper with the encompassing purple
ribbon.
> "We picked it out especially for you!" smiled Onyx.
> "We hope you like. I'm sure you will!" grinned
Natasha.
> "Good evening ladies." Scrapper rumbled in his deep
voice.
> "Hi Scrapper!" the sisters chorused back.
Walking towards the front door, was a male lion. He was presently
dressed in a blue-jean style jacket, brown pants and black shoes.
Upon his black hair was a burgandy-red baseball cap with a white
stylize P in the middle. As he carried under his left arm a small box
wrapped in orange paper with a silver bow, he soon reached the door.
After adjusting his eyeglasses and then pulling a comb from his
jacket pocket to quickly comb his mane, he unbutton his jacket to
reveal a white shirt and a blue and white tie. The lion then rings
the doorbell. The lion whistles and adjusts his tie as he waits for
the door to open. He didn't have to wait long.
On the other side of the now opened door appears a vixen. "Yes, may I
help you?" asks Ari.
It took a while for the middle-aged lion to reply, as he was looking
Ari over. He smiles at her and then says in a friendly tone, "Hi,
Ari. I'm Stanley. Nice to meet yo...." The lion was unable to finish
his sentence, as the vixen got him in a bearhug.
"Hi,niceofyoutocome, whatdidyougetme?" says the vixen in rapid
succession to the surprised feline.
"Woo, slow down girl, nice to meet you too, and you'll find out soon
enough, now let me breath."
The vixen releases the lion. As he recovers from the bear hug, she
sheepishly says, "Hee hee, sorry about that."
"That's okay." Stanley then says, "Anyway, this is for you." The lion
presents the package to Ari.
"Why thank you," says Ari as she accepts it. She looks at the package
as the lion grins. "What's in it?"
"You'll find out, soon enough. Anyway, may I come in?"
"Oh sure," said Ari. "Come on in." The vixen moved to one side, to
let the lion in.
"Thank ye, milady," Stan said with a grin, as in walked in. "So, is
there anyone else here yet?"
"Yes, Scrapper and the sisters."
"What? Are you telling me that Jim let them on the loose?" The lion
got a little nervous upon hearing that the trio were there, having
heard all of the rumors about their exploits.
"Oh, come on, I don't think they'll ruin my party," says Ari, as she
closes the door behind them.
"I hope you're right," says Stan, as he proceeds to remove his
jacket. "By the by, where can I place this?"
"Upstairs in the front bedroom. After I've shown you to the others."
With that, Ari grabs one of the feline's paw and pulled him behind
her.
"Hey!'" said Stan in a little late protect.
"Hey, Scrapper, Girls, looks what I found. Hee hee, seems Stan got
here."
"Hi, guys, how's things," says the lion, after Ari had let him go."
Well, Scrapper, if you want to continue from there, be my guess. :)
