I used to work on an aircraft carrier and they'd give tours occasionally
while we did training
along the east coast. Some big wig would be flown on, spend a day or two
then fly off.
Well, the ships photo department was tasked with chasing them around
getting photos
so they could be given a personalized photo-book (about 20 stock photos +
photos from
their visit). I was able to see some of the photos that didn't make it,
one was similar:
the refueling nozzle for aircraft is 4 to 6 inches in diameter and about
a foot long, with a
bend about midway. The part closest to the hose has a pair of handles.
Someone (an officer
I think) was showing a group of visitors the nozzle, the open end was
facing the visitors, the
shot was from behind the holder so that the expressions of wonder on the
faces of the two
or three women could be plainly seen, though the expression was easily
misunderstood
(think Lori & the two girls when she made her 'amateurs' remark, Genus
??)
