When real life says "Get your shit together" it doesn't play around with
words. I'm glad things are turning out well. Do take care of yourself.
Really! Your strategy sounds great. Unfortunately, "inspiration" to do what
you know you should tends to wear off as time passes and your condition
gets better. Don't let it happen! Establish a daily ritual and stick with
it when you "don't" feel like doing it. That will be the real test and you
have to pass it. You can do it. You have a lot of people cheering for you.
