Grrr....
Don't push me today people, I'm a mod bomb looking for a place to blow...
Look kids, You all know damned well that I think Jim and Des' stuff is good
enough to charge for. That's why Jim DOES, and Des probly could but doesn't
choose to. The point is, that's their damned right, as is Jeremy Bernal's
right to distribte his work electronically, charge for it, and limit it's
distribution.
Why am I arguing about this anyway? If you can't understand that people have
right to do what they want with their own work, then you're probably not
someone I want to talk to anyway. More and more I feel like a babysitter,
trying to keep as many idiots quiet as I can and doing what I can to breach
the gap between artists and the people who love their work. Unfortunately,
the world is also crammed full of grabby asswipes that whine like toddlers
when they can't get something for free.
Make something yourself, and then listen to ungrateful people bitch at you
for awhile for it. Then maybe you'll be worth listening to. Otherwise, shut
the fuck up, be happy for what you do have, and stop making other people's
lives miserable just because they don't do things the way you want them to.
Grow up, dammit.

What about Jim and Des's artwork Thylacine? Don't you think it is "good
enough to charge for"?
