go to msdn.microsoft.com and search for jdbgmgr. there's a fix there that'll
replace the file for you, without having to re-install your OS

What you need to do is re-install your windows
operating system. You don't need to reformate the hard
drive.
All you have to do is put your recovery disk into the
cdrom drive and click on the option that will install
your windows operating system.
That's all you have to do.
