It's quite simple the file you deleted was part of windows virtual machine, I too deleted it by accident and all I did was went to the official microsoft site and downloaded the latest version of windows virtual machine (bout 5MB) and now the file is back.

Not sure if it'll help, but try getting on the web and enter the file name for a search, maybe you'll be lucky and you might be able to download it. And take this as a lesson, 99% of all messages that tells you that a named file is a virus and that you can just go to the file and delete it, is a hoax and just someone trying to get you to mess up your computer. ALWAYS investigate first before believing.

Problem is that this wasn't a virus. It was a Windows
system file that handles Java scripts, IIRC.
