The above says: "They were subscribed to the group and used the web page to
post", and the bottom confirms the Yahoo ID they posted from.
The IP resolves to 12-245-82-40.client.attbi.com so you may want to make a
spam complaint to them, and SOON, because radius logs tend to get deleted
after a few days. They'll be interested in the timestamp at the end of:

That's about it. Other than that, one of the best tools for preventing
spam and such is to set the list settings to "Moderate new members", which
is a "Normally moderated" list, but people who just join get moderated
until set otherwise. You can then check on posts and once a person has
posted a few on-topic things, un-moderate them.
