There's usually an abuse_at_whoever.com e-mail you can contact.
In the case of Yahoo, it's abuse_at_yahoo-inc.com.

I think I'm gonna do that. Moderate new members, then remove the
moderation after a few posts. Anyone want to take a crack at booting
off "bealwaysactive"? Shit, I know _I'm_ always active. Well, not
recently, of course, but you know what I mean. ;)
