Dragons & Clothes

They really don't need to wear clothes, they are merely costumes.

Wearing clothes can prove bothersome to the dragons, as it tends to
give drag during flight. Their thick body scales and layer of fat
keeps them warm. That's why they don't need to wear jackets at Snowy
Summit, or other cold places.
