You can get some cash out of new Paypal referrals. Yeah it's only 5 bucks when they verify a bank
account, but it adds up.
Scrapper, the "illegal" part of him riding that bike is because he has very poor vision at the
moment. [Hope it's only for the moment, Jim...] It could also be that he's not wearing a helmet.
Some motorbikes aren't even allowed on the streets. Lots of laws involved in riding motor-bikes.
