It is free as far as people sending you money are concerned.
Depending on how the send the money it way or may not be free to
you. If they have money sitting in their PayPal account they can
have PayPal transfer some to you. You will have it in seconds with
no additional charges. If the customer asks PayPal to draw money
from a bank acount or charge their credit card PayPal keeps a
percentage as a service fee before sending the rest to the seller.
Their can also be a delay getting the money while everything is
proccessed.
