though. The plain truth is that you CANNOT copyright a
Character, only the Image of that character. Anyone
can have a Gargoyle named Goliath, but Disney ownes
the big, purple one that appeared in the show.
The best and most effective way to copyright your
characters is to fill out the form and send it in to
the gub'ment. Their website is very helpful in doing
that. www.loc.gov/copyright
