Ah-HA! Just figured it out - a minor little trick played by Jim really... ;)
The only way I could see to get to the profiles was through the update
section -> new site preview -> staff page, though

IIRC, Jim did say that they all kept their last name 'hidden', and in more
ways than one as it would seem. Without giving it away, it's not visible to
the naked eye, but their last names *are* hidden on the page, and the bios
that were posted were copied perfectly right...
So sue me - I think it's more fun for people to try and work it out this way
than being told outright ;P
