What is the thing with Martin Gerlach's "Jade" and Jim's "Desiree"

Ok, being the first one to notice this, I'll fill you in.
Martin created his "Jade" character before he had even heard of Desiree.
Besides, Jade is an iguana, while Des is a chameleon.
So this is just a happy coincidence.
(Oh, Martin Gerlach is a member here and at Desiree's group.)
One drawing I've asked Martin to do is Jade and Des bumping into each other,
both wearing the same outfit.
And both would have this "Huh?" look on their faces.
I hope Martin will do it someday. He already made one reference in a drawing
to the girls.
I really do like his work.
