It hasn't been resolved. Rabco still owes me about $7,000.00.
I'll be sending him a notice tomorrow (have to get it notarized) that
will basically be a warning. I've already got an attorney now, and
am through with playing games. Rabco stated it would send the
remaining balance to me by August 31, 2002, and it has yet to show
up. Since I was expecting the money to arrive, I sent in some large
payments to my eye doctor, only to find out that the money I was
expecting from Rabco had no intention of showing up.
Hopefully, Rabco will realize I am not fucking around.
