Strange... I just went digging in my collection (I thought I had the
lot, too) and I just realised I don't have page 8 either. Was it ever
actually uploaded in the first place? Anyone remember that far back,
a bit over a year I think?
Looks like it's the last page of the first instalment, if that's any
help.
