2: I did delete the entire email. But it was a virus. Virii spread.
Most scanners, like F-Secure, won't allow them to spread (if they can
help it). F-Secure actually freezes your computer and gives you
something which resembles a bluescreen of death confirmation. This
stops most virii, and slows those really nasty ones down enough that
you can respond before it's too late.
Norton does no such thing. It just sits there.
