Figure I'll post this here, since it's general good info to know.
I believe the easiest method is making an html file with this within the HEAD:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="5; URL=URL_YOU'RE_POINTING_TO">
This is the basic auto-refresh code, but putting in the specific URL you want
to go to in the place of URL_YOU'RE_POINTING_TO will go to that page in the
specified number of seconds entered after the CONTENT flag.
