This, is more likely what they saw and took objection to.
It was big, copyrighted and looked like the sort of thing a
warez group would do.

If we keep the age restrictions (make sure you have a
recorded age in your yahoo profile), upload only original
art work (so if you don't own the copyright, don't do it!)
and continue with moderating new users, I'd like to think
we'll be okay. Failing that, we'll just have to watch
www.skunked.com till JMH says there is another group formed
to bail us all out.
Maybe someone's suggestion of hosting elsewhere isn't such
a bad idea. How's that server coming Cheetah? :-)
