         Current evidence points to Yahoo doing a sweep for groups the
either look like they are file swapping groups[0] or which have a certain
number of complaints.[1]


         [0] Determined purely by looking at the size and churn rate of
file storage and message archives.

         [1] A number which they do not divulge, group owners are not
informed of complaints nor does the truth of the complaint matter.
