Hey Jim!
Well, I'm from Massachusetts, but not in the legal profession, nor do
I know anyone who is. I know how long this problem's been going on
for and I wish that I could offer you help. The only thing I can
think of that I can do is put in some time at a library trying to
find some info in MA law texts. Like I said, I'm no law expert, so I
don't know whether it'd yield any fruits, but if you'd like, I'd be
happy to give it a shot.
