(I originally tried to send a slightly different version of this letter
directly to Jim, but his mail is bouncing due to a full mailbox. So I thought
I'd avail myself of the collective knowledge of the list.)
I recently purchased a copy of the 1995 "Antics" portfolio (I won't mention the
source here). Once it arrived, I started getting a bit disturbed.
It appears that to my semi-educated eye that the pieces are color photocopies.
They have very glossy ink, faint striping that looks like sheet feed roller
marks, and the paper is fairly lightweight (typical printer/copy weight).
Does anyone else have a copy of this portfolio who can tell me if this normal,
or if I've I been sold an illegal copy?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond either way.
C.
