Well as I understand it, since the comic is being published under the Radio
Comix banner, it's no problem for them to resell it on their site. I would
assume that RabCo/Rabbit Valley would have to purchase their copies of the
comics from Radio Comix first, thereby giving Radio and Jim some money in the
deal before Rabbit Valley even sells them. Any of Jim's prints however, are not
for sale from Rabbit Valley as you'll note, and that's where the trouble was
with, in that they were appearantly not ponying up the dough for prints they
sold.

This made me pretty mad when I read it first, but after a re-read..
"longtime Radio creator"
"So we at Radio decided"
These two statements alone lend towards thought that this is just a copy/paste
from a Radio Press Release about the comic. I seem to remember it from
somewhere before, but I'm having trouble finding on the Radio site. But, since
this is pretty much what Press Release are for, they're doing nothing
"specifically" wrong in putting it there, but it IS somewhat misleading.

A noble idea, but really you're just as well buying it there as elsewhere. Your
other options are directly from Radio (which, unfortunately, will take quite a
while) or a local dealer who might get it in quicker.

All in all, what should be more troublesome is the posting on their front page.
I suggest everyone go take a look at http://store.rabbitvalley.org and read the
first post. My guess is they're very much aware of the pending legal action
from Jim.

Feel free to extrapolate, folks.
