I dunno if Jim has read this or not, but I definitely gotta say it's
very very kind of you to offer this. I kinda doubt I'd be able to go
anyway, cuz I won't be at my new job long enough to get several days
off in a row. But if I WAS gonna attend a con, I wouldn't go under
my pseudonym, and I'd probably stay away from Jim while he's in the
dealer room, so nobody would make the connection. Of course, now
that I've said this, I guess I kinda screwed things up, but ask me if
I care. 3;P
Jimbo told me some time ago that he wanted to pay off some of his
debt before he went to another con, so unless he wins the lottery
this week, I don't see that happening real soon. But he has been
printing up some old orders and stuff when he has the extra cash, and
I know he wants to try to get all the old orders out before he starts
taking new ones, so who knows, eh?
And if you can ever get Jim to socialize and stuff at a con, lemme
know how you did it. Getting that bonehead to actually go out and do
something social is almost impossible, I swear.
So...it's nice to see everything still going well here, and it's nice
to see everybody still on the group. I've been back from Tampa since
early-ish December, but I had to hurry up and find some little shitty
second-shift job until I can get the one I want, which is still like
a month or so away. I hate second shift. I don't know how Jim can
stand living third shift. That's probably why he's so fuckin'
white. Oh, wait, he IS white. :D
Guess I'll try to catch up on my email, since I haven't read it in
MONTHS. Hope nobody sent me a letter and then died. It's been that
long, so it COULDA happened.
I guess Jim will update the By the Tail site when he gets back. We
had some dinner, and one of the workers at the restaurant asked Jim
if he could see some of his work, and Jim was like "Sure". So we
came back to his place, I jumped online, and he took my car back to
the restaurant with some binders and stuff. He showed me how to use
the scanner on Sunday, but damn if I remember how. Eh, he'll be back
soon anyway.
Okay, I'm going now. I'll be back later, tho, ya pervs. So watch
yer backs! };)
