Don't diss the Klingons! Some of us find them very sexy. Mmm. Head
ridges.

Ah well, you know it's like 2 said, the fandoms full
of 'em. Just one of the many things we have to deal
with from time to time.

Reply:

I'm reminded of the "Drew Carey Show" where Carey goes out with a girl who
is a closet fursuiter.

And it doesn't help that there is websites like "fursuitsex.com".

When some media outlet or news station decides they want a story about a
local Star Trek convention to be "funny," they looke for the weirdos like
the guys who are spot-welded into Klingon costumes who look "menacing" for
the cameras.

Likewise for furrys, media people look for the fursuiters or whatnot.

And a few of the fursuits I've seen looked like some old school mascot
costume someone threw out.

Recently I saw a very well done fursuit, "White Pony" had his wife dressed
up and made up as his character "Beth."

Now if someone put that sort of time, money and care into a SW girls
fursuit, it'd really be a winner also.
But would I wear something like that to the local mall? Hell no! Here in
Sheboygan I'd probably be tossed into "Unit 1-K" at Memorial Hospital. (You
guessed it, where the people who flip out are brought.)
