Before my vision troubles started, I would take a rough draft,
often quite sloppily rendered, and place a sheet of clean paper over
it. Then, I would simply ink the final version of the picture.
But now, I take the rough draft, place it on a small light box, and
re-pencil it, lightly, onto a new sheet a paper. The picture can
then be inked. As long as the original rough draft picture isn't
disturbed, you have nothing to worry about. Messed up on the
picture? No problem. Just get another sheet of paper and retrace
the rough draft. Hope this helps!
