We've been having a lot of trouble with our email both before and
after returning from San Diego Comic Con. The AOL service has
just added new spam filters- and thus, half the emails we
should be getting aren't coming through at all. If that weren't
enough, we can now barely get the AOL software to stay on- it
crashes both the program or the computer (usually both) a few
minutes after loading. We've been having to use the web to
access the AOL site to check email, but that's still not helping
with the emails that aren't even getting through. (We're looking
into a new service- we've used AOL for over 10 years, but if this
terrible service is what we're going to get, why pay for it?)
I can pass your message along to the mail order guy at Radio,
what comics were you ordering and what was your info? That
way, I can tell him what to look for in the mail order logs.
Sorry for the late reply on this- I don't have a lot of time to check
the various message boards. You probably would have received
a faster response on our company message board. ^_^;
