I'd say this is more of a spam letter. i'd rather read here's my URL check it out, then i'd like you to see my page, site, or group but not yet.
Didn't want to just advertise my new group or post a link till I got
the okay. As a member to many groups and message boards, I
understand the need to keep spam under control.
Oh, and I apologize to those that might get this in their email
multiple time do to posting on other groups.
