I would have never said anything had it not been brought up there one day...
Sometimes people just aren't confrontational... But when the situation
continues. Then moves in the group, and continues there, well then... now it
matters, Again don't put words in Jim or Desiree's mouth , that's their
option not yours.

There's a big difference between "confrontational," and "HUGE pain in the
ass."
And you are rapidly becoming the latter.

Just an example...

Look at this URL-
http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Martin-Gerlach/Jade%20-%20Colour%20draw
ings/Jade_-_Resemblance.gif

Yes, that is Jade and Des, together.

And here is the caption for that picture, (especially notice the last
sentence)-

As some people know there has been some minor problems about Jade Lee Green
maby looking a little like Mr. James M. Hardiman's Desiree Lee...
Well, alot of people (including fans of James M. Hardiman) has asked me if I
would make a pic of Jade and Desiree meeting each other showing us that they
are NOT the same person...

Well, I sure hope you like the way this pic turned out. I know I did.

(Desiree Lee has been used with permission)

And here is what Martin himslef wrote at his VCL directory-

Hello.

Because of some fuss about Copyright-Laws and that some people say/think
that I am copying art made by the artist: James M. Hardiman, I see no other
way then to give you all a small explaination to my art.

1: After using almost every day in my life drawing I created -Jade Lee
Green-
I created her before I ever had an internet-connection on my PC.
In other terms I only first knew of furry-art from about the end
of the year 2000... I first found out about James M. Hardiman's art in the
end
of 2001.
My inspiration for Jade came from my pet - A green Iguana (age5 : 1,5 meters
in lenght)... Ofcause, after finding the furry community I found a couple of
pic's with dragons and such but that has only been used to make smaller
chances
during time spend drawing her.

2: It is a coincidence that my -Jade Lee Green- looks a little like
Jim Hardimans -Desiree Lee- BUT I STILL CREATED JADE WITHOUT KNOWING
ANYTHING
ABOUT JAMES M. HARDIMAN's ART !!! So in that way there should be no illigal
methods used, and James M. Hardiman's Copyright should therefor not have
been
broken

3: If people still think that I DID copy his art, plz mail me and I'll
remove my
VLC-Archive and leave you all alone.

Sighned: Martin Gerlach

(PS. The case has been solved and life goes back to normal)

Now James La Bella, get your head out of your ass, actually realize that YOU
SCREWED UP, and else shut the fuck up and get the hell out of this group.
Because "I'm perfect" trolls like yourself, are just driving people out of
the fandom, just to feed an ego so fragile even saying "Oops" causes
cranial-rectal energetic disassemblies.
