Looks to me like a mix between the symbol of "Female" (A circle with
a vertical line at the bottom, crossed with a horizontal one to form
a cross) and an Aegyptian Symbol called an Ankh. (Practically a cross
but with a needlehole-like upper part.)
As always, all Pictures are just too good to describe with words. I'll
definitely have to find a way to get me a Print of the Val-Pic even
with the idiotic problems caused by customs and international Money
Orders -.-.
