Microsoft NEVER sends attachments through email. They do not send any sort
of email out to customers -especially- containing executable attachments. So
if you get any kind of email from Microsoft for -ANY- reason, delete it
immediately. They ONLY provide support through their webpage, so any emails
claiming to be from Microsoft are to be considered hoaxes and dealt with
accordingly.

Microsoft has stated this on numerous occasions.
