Klez? That's old. That one has no graphics and uses haiku length phrases, and sometimes distributes files
from the explorer cache.

The latest wave is caused by the Gibe.C.worm virus. More trickier and sneakier.

And yes, recieving all these viruses has gotten me interested in them enough to start collecting viruses.
I've found some repositories of some of the old viruses, and a couple of the new ones. I used a private e-
mail address [cannot be a public ISP or easily web accessible e-mail box] to join a very good virus trading
group. And no, I will not release any of them into the wild. I just collect them and burn them onto CD-ROMs
and use a crash dummy computer with no networking or modem to test it. The majority of these viruses
that have spread are ones that were released into the wild by stupid jackasses, or thought they were safe
by not connecting the network at the time... but when they connect, BAM!

My favorite one is the Gay.No.Upload.Emule.Fakemod trojan. Running it installs a gay picture wallpaper, a
persistent [cann ot be quit] gay picture screensaver slideshow, and launches video players playing gay
action movies. A real piece of work. Huge, though.
