Its Still a lot better than what MTV did. Most People who r not in the
fandom will never quite "get it" & will always think that were a bunch
male loons who dress up in fursuits to screw other male loons.
Besides, the press/media is no longer about reporting the news, its
about making money & blowing things all out of proportion to get
ratings, Filled with reporters rushing to meet deadlines, doing
half-assed research on things they cant understand. Will they ever get
it right? who knows.
Last thing, sorry kids, but its true. a lot of furs do look like
computer geeks on casual fridays. but whats wrong with being a
computer geek? its better then being the idiot who calls u a geek, yet
can barely operate anything electronic.
Life goes on, be happy & enjoy it as best u can.
