He's talking about the Collected Skunkworks special. A general synopsis of
the extra material is that once finding out that the girls didn't
legitimately take their test, Val goes in to 'convince' the instructor to get
them to try again and actually learn to drive this time (as well as bumping
them to the front of the line).
