Well, whoever posted it is. See that text in the lower right hand corner? Well,
if you could see it clearly, you'd see it says:

Also, pictures that Jim himself uploads for public consumption are also tagged
along the same lines, asking people not to repost or redistribute.
While the first pic that someone mentioned was posted doesn't specifically say
either of those, it's still the cover for a portfolio, and the same idea was
meant for that as well since the rest of the slates are all labeled that way.
So yes, whoever posted BOTH of those is breaking the rules.
